Chicken Broast Recipe


  • 2 kg Chicken with skin

  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup flour for all purpose
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ajinomoto powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoon milk
  • Butter for frying

Cooking instructions:

First of all cut the chicken in desired pieces as you wash and dry it. Now put lemon juice and salt on it and marinate for ½ hour. Now take flour and add salt, mustard powder, paprika powder, cinnamon powder, Ajinomoto powder and white pepper. After that take beaten egg in a bowl and add milk in it and mix well. Now dip the marinated chicken pieces and put all purpose flour and left it for some time.

On other hand heat butter in wok and fry coated chicken pieces until their golden brown color. Now delicious broast is ready to serve with fries and tomato Ketchup.
